Director of Business Development

We are seeking an exceptional Director of Business Development to join our dynamic and mission-driven team. This strategic role is responsible for driving B2B2C sales, expanding market reach, and forging partnerships that align with the company's mission of revolutionizing healthcare.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B2C sales strategy aligned with NourishedRx's overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize target markets and opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscapes, and industry trends.
  • Identify and target potential healthcare payers, health plans, and other strategic partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for NourishedRx.
  • Track and measure sales performance against goals, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Represent NourishedRx at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, healthcare administration, or a related field.
  • 7 years of progressive experience in B2B2C sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in sales, partnership development, or account management.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate NourishedRx's value proposition.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a knack for securing favorable deals.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Compensation

The base compensation range for this role will be $130,000 - $150,000 in base salary with opportunities for $90,000 OTE.
